Hopefully, you are getting plenty of positive responses from bloggers to be a part of your tour. Be sure to track all responses to your requests in your master spreadsheet as they come in. This seems like a no-brainer, but it doesn't take long before your inbox can look like a disaster zone. When you sit down to check your email, go ahead and pull up the spreadsheet. If you have a response, the page is right there to enter your info.
While you're at it, be sure to send a thank you note right away so your host knows you got their response.You can also let them know when to expect their copy of the book and post content. Since you've already put this information on your calendar, you won't be scratching your head for the information.
